PERSEPSI PETANI TERHADAP KARAKTERISTIK PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR LIMBAH ETANOL DI KECAMATAN MOJOLABAN

Abstract

ABSTRACT : This study aims to analyzethe forming factors of the farmer perception, the farmer perception, and correlation of the forming perception factors with the farmer perception towards characteristics of the liquid organic fertilizer ethanol’s waste in Mojolaban subdistrict. The basic method of researched was descriptive and survey techniques. The research location in Mojolaban subdistrict. Data were collected by questionnaire to 50 respondents through interviews, documentation and observations. Analysis of the data was used median score and Kendall Rank Correlation. The resultsshowed that the forming factors of the perception:the formal education are in the medium category, nonformal education are in the medium category, experience using organic fertilizers are in the tend to hight category,the economic level are in the medium category,proximity to the object are in the tend to higt category, the informations resource are in the medium category and social environments are in the tend to medium. Farmers have a bad perception on the relative advantagethe liquid organic fertilizer ethanol’s waste, tended to pretty good on the compatibility and the level of ease for a try (triability), good perception on the complexity of use and pretty good perception on the stead of products observed (observability). At the 95% confidence level there is a significant corellation on the experience of using organic fertilizer, proximity to the object, and the social environment with the farmer perception towards characteristics of the liquid organic fertilizer ethanol’s waste. There is a unsignificant corellation on the formal education, non formal, economic level and information resource with the farmer perception towards characteristics of the liquid organic fertilizer ethanol’s waste in sub district Mojolaban.
