Abstract


Subagya, et al, Teacher Commitment for Implementation of Inclusive Education in
Primary Schools of Central Java Province 2011.
The purpose of this study is to reveal the level of teacher commitment to the
implementation of inclusive elementary schools in the province of Central Java. The subject
of this study were 48 elementary school teachers in Inclusive Education Provider Provinis
Central Java.
Data collection techniques in this study is a questionnaire in the form of the
commitment scale. Data analysis technique used is qualitative - comparative.
This study proves that the elementary school teacher in Central Java has a high
commitment in the implementation of inclusive education. The largest components of
commitment have disproportionately high percentage of affective commitment is 39.58%,
54.17% higher, meaning that compared with the other components of commitment, affective
commitment as a component of the best .. This means most of the teachers do inclusive
education services based on the value of virtue, glory.
