Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh: (1) pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran; (2) efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran; (3) Pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran angkatan 2018 dan 2019 yang berjumlah 154 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan peneliti adalah proporsional stratified random sampling dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 112 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti adalah uji prasyarat dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha, (thitung11,778>ttabel 1,981) dengan signifikansi ( 0,000<0,05); (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan hasil (thitung4,883>ttabel 1,981) dengan signifikansi (0,002<0,05); (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengetahuan berwirausaha dan efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha hasil Fhitung76,853>Ftabel 3,08, dengan signifikansi (0,000<0,05). Keseluruhan hasil analisis penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis yang diasumsikan.

Abstract: This research aims to determine whether there is influence of:(1) entrepreneurial knowledge on the entrepreneurial interest of students Office Administration Education; (2) self efficacy on the entrepreneurial interest of students Office Administration Education; (3) entrepreneurial knowledge and self efficacy on the entrepreneurial interest of students Office Administration Education. This research is a quantitative research with correlational method. The population used ware students class 2018 and 2019 of the Office Administration Education with total 154 students. The sampling technique used by the researcher is proportional stratified random sampling with 112 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used by the researcher are prerequisite test and multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that:(1) there is a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest, (tcount11.778>ttable 1.981) with significance (0.000<0.05); (2) there is a positive and significant effect of self efficacy on the entrepreneurial interest, results of (tcount4.883>ttable1.981) with significance (0.002<0.05); (3) there is a positive influence and significant knowledge on entrepreneurship and self efficacy on entrepreneurial interest results of Fcount76,853>Ftable 3.08, with significance(0.000<0.05).The overall resut of the analysis in this study support the assumed hypothesis.
